Procurement
Packaging materials — reorder alerts and vendor exposure
Reorder status is driven by each SKU's ROP (reorder point). Order now opens a prefilled supplier PO — it lands in Finance → Accounts payable.
Production Orders
Plan → firm plan → release → finish — components consumed, finished lot output & costed to the GL

Build suggestions per SKU — netted from MSL, on-hand, allocations & scheduled builds
Projected available = on-hand + incoming (open work orders) − allocations (committed to open sales orders). We suggest a build when projected falls below the MSL floor or reorder point; quantity follows the item's reordering policy (Fixed Reorder Qty. / Maximum Qty. / Lot-for-Lot) with Min-order-qty and Reorder-qty lot sizing, all from Master Data. When is urgency + lead-time (expected-ready date) — not a time-phased MRP date, since there is no dated demand forecast yet. MSL is editable per SKU and overrides the item's safety stock.
Cultivation
Seed-to-dried crop tracking — clone → veg → flower → harvest → dry → trim → sort. Feeds CTLS.
Stage pipeline
live batches by stageAdvancing a batch captures the stage's data (wet weight at harvest, dry weight, final trim) and posts plant counts & weights to CTLS. On Complete the sorted weight becomes a Biomass inventory lot.
Shipping & Receiving
Warehouse execution — receipts, shipments, inter-licence transfers & returns. Postings move inventory.

Sales Orders
Incoming customer POs to fulfill — provincial boards & distributors
Click an order number to open it and allocate lots. Advance with the › action (New → Allocated → Picking → Shipped → Invoiced). Shipped & invoiced orders roll into Finance as accounts receivable.

Number series
Create as many series as you like, each formatted however you want: leave the prefix blank for none, set padding to 0 for a plain number (no leading zeros), or add a suffix. Series tied to a module (🔒 fixed code) feed that module's auto-numbering — you can reformat them but their code stays so numbering keeps working; delete or add your own freely. Master data and series are shared across every company / site, and every generated number is checked against all existing records so no two things ever share one. Stored per browser — mirror in your Postgres/API when it goes live.
